Health and Safety

This is a 5 hour course that will educate you on the health and safety of young children in a child care center. The set up of this training will be a museum approach that you need to collect tickets for. Be aware that if you click through the videos and questions in a fast manner, it will make you wait until the allotted time is up for each module.

ACES Training

ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and Trauma Informed Practice will educate and guide you to make appropriate choices when working with children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Mandated reporter

A mandated reporter is someone who is legally responsible to call in suspected abuse or maltreatment. This video will explain your rights. This is also a required training.

Elijah’s Law

Elijah's Law was passed by former Governor Andrew Cuomo to protect children with anaphylactic allergies. You will listen to the very sad and harrowing story of this little boy and why it is required that all staff know how to use an epi-pen.
